About Alissa Kepas

Online personal trainer

Alissa Kepas is a passionate and highly educated yoga teacher and educator. With over 6 trainings under her belt (including extensive training with Guru Singh and Sri Dharma Mittra) and over a decade of teaching experience, she has the ultimate blend of knowledge and humility. Alissa holds yoga certifications courses in Utah Valley. Her vinyasa classes and both fun and challenging while her kundalini classes are energizing and uplifting. She is on a mission to get yoga and mindfulness in the public school system and already has begun to make this happen where she teaches in Utah. More than anything else Alissa strives to create an environment and experience where you can feel your cup and realize your own power and potential.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
