Alicia McKenzie, also known as LiftLikeAMother, is a former athlete and has spent over a decade in the fitness industry, to include owning and operating a Crossfit gym for 5 years. She is a mother of 4, a business owner and the wife of a like-minded entrepreneur. She comes with experience in health and wellness, information technology and real estate. Alicia believes that a healthy lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts you can give your family and loves to influence others to adopt that ideal!

Goals

My goal is to help you stay active and fit in minimal time by utilizing short burst and high intensity. My background in CrossFit, rehabilitating injuries and the postpartum period makes my program highly effective and functional.

Training Requirements

While you can do my workouts at home, they will require some equipment such as a set of dumbbells or a barbell with weights. You might also need a jump rope and kettlebell.
