Online Coach to Midlife Women

This is an 8  week progressive overload program (split into 2 - 4 week programs) all about building a strong core and ABS! You can do this alongside your regular lifting split. There are 3 days each week. You can add this program at the end of any of your lift days just make sure there is a day of rest in between.

Program Structure
* Week 1-2: Moderate weight, 10-12 reps, 3 sets
* Week 3-4: Increase resistance, 8-10 reps, 4 sets
* Rest: 30-60 seconds between sets
* Progressive Overload Strategies: Increase weight, reps, or time under tension
