About Alice (Pineapplebrat)

I'm growing a prospering community online full of men and women who are looking to better themselves in the same way I try to daily!

My name is Alice! I began training years ago while I was a student at Michigan State University. I was juggling two degrees, 3 jobs, and gaining traction online very quickly. I was under the scope of thousands of people, just as I was beginning to workout! It was very overwhelming at the time, but helped me in too many ways to list. As my online presence began to develop, so did my desire to grow and develop in the fitness industry. In 2017, I studied through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I received my personal training certification. I am now growing a prospering community online full of men and women who are looking to better themselves in the same way I try to daily! I like to show my life and the process of me becoming my own boss, juggling my online business from home, social life, relationships, improving my mental health and personal awareness, and my focus on my physical health. It’s a lot to handle, but I’d love to be here to help you along the way with all of yours!
