HI THERE! My name’s Alexia. Fitness and health have been a foundational part of my lifestyle. The gym and working out became my way of staying mobile and functioning after upwards of 15 procedures since 2015, including a spinal fusion of my L5S1 in 2016, and a Fusion removal in 2020.
My routine is typically made with my spine health in mind. 9 years of experience I’ve found what works best for me. No heavy weights, minimal impact, and mostly low intensity.
