I have not skipped one day of yoga practice since March 2020. Even on a work trip, even on a holiday, even after a long work day, even when sick, even before a drink with friends..
This changed my life. I became more self-confident, more resilient to stress and adversity, stronger and more flexible. And all of these apply on and off the yoga mat.
I now want to unlock this transformation for everyone. I deeply want my students to be impressed with their own abilities, be less affected by stress and life's ups and downs, and especially finding acceptance of their unique bodies - exactly as they are!
