Hi there! My name is Alex. I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 4 years & I’m so excited to be here! I’ve spent years exploring different ideologies, schools, & lineages of yoga. From Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Tantra, Bowspring. My curiosity & love for learning has equipped me to provide quality yoga classes that are rooted in intensity, integrity, & intelligence. Not only has this journey advanced my personal practice physically, but yoga has given me the freedom to live my fullest life. What I practice & teach will not only give you strength & flexibility, but you’ll discover a deeper connection to yourself & the world around you. Practicing yoga will help you find peace, joy, and the ability to live a mindful life. You will navigate through life effortlessly once you begin your journey of mindfulness! What type of workouts are you sharing?
I will be sharing yoga classes for all levels!
Does the workouts require any equipment?
You’ll need a yoga mat. A yoga strap & a couple blocks may come in handy, but not required.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
