BUSY & BUILT is designed for the person who wants an effective workout without spending hours in the gym.
Unlike the other programs in the app, this program is completely circuit-based, meaning you’ll move through exercises with little to no rest while completing multiple rounds for a fast paced, high energy training style.
This 4 day split combines strength, conditioning, and efficiency into quick workouts that challenge you, keep your heart rate up, and leave you feeling accomplished in about 30 minutes.

Because of the circuit style format, you won’t be lifting as heavy as you would in some of the other programs in the app, but that’s intentional. The focus here is on movement, intensity, and conditioning.
