The 6-Week Lean Lady Program is a focused, time-efficient training plan designed to help women build lean muscle and feel strong from the inside out. Created for busy women who want structure, results, and confidence, this program blends strength training, low-impact conditioning, and core strength to deliver a visible and sustainable foundation. Each week combines strength sessions and intentional mobility work to keep your body balanced and energized. Workouts are suitable for all levels, with clear progressions to help you get stronger, leaner, and more capable every week. You’ll lift, strengthen, and challenge your body—without burnout, complicated equipment, or endless cardio.
