About the program

This program will challenge your physical and mental limits to become the unstoppable Spartan athlete I know you can be. You will commit to 5 workout per week, 2 days of strength training and two days of running. I will also teach you about sports nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your body with the fuel and rest it needs to train hard and perform well on race day. If you stick to this program, you will be able to complete a spartan race within three months. I have seen people of all fitness levels cross that finish line successfully, so choose to bet on yourself! 💪🏼

Plus, all exercises have easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely. Choose an at home program for your home space or anywhere on the road and a gym program for use at any traditional gym. The Bakery allows you to reach whatever goals fit your current season of life.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! The Bakery has some programs that require no equipment, minimal equipment (like dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine ball, or a jump rope) and some that require a traditional gym or home gym set up. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to get those whole gains.
