Hi friend, I'm Ajhamae! I am so excited you are here to become an everyday athlete with me. I was a dancer from 3 years old, then took on track and cross country in high school. I never felt confident enough to become better at my sports or to get the support I needed from my coaches. I eventually stop competing and didn't move on to the collegiate level. I became too focused on what I looked like and how I was perceived by others. I've since learned that exercise is not all about what it makes you look like. It's how it makes you feel. Becoming an everyday athlete means you prioritize physical activity so you can enjoy every part of life to the fullest. I’ve learned so much through my education about what exercise is and how it is misunderstood in today’s world. So now I'm on a mission to help others become an athlete in the way it looks for them. I believe we're all meant to be athletes. I've got big dreams to have my own little ranch one day. And I'm going to need to stay physically active to do that. I've got my boots ready to go, and I hope you have a dream that keeps you going. And if that negative mindset is holding you back, I'm here to help with that too. I want nothing more than for you to feel empowered and supported in this space. I hope you are here for a good time, because that's what we're going to have!
I have designed this app for the stay at home parent, the blue collar worker, the health care professional, the runner, and even those just brining in the groceries. So my goals for you are: 1. Realize that exercise is meant to be functional. It's not about what you look like but what it allows you to do. 2. Overcome your negative mindset that is holding you back! 3. Put these two pieces together to be strong physically AND mentally. It's about CHOOSING to be an everyday athlete.
Training Requirements
Life is really lived outside of the gym. Your space that you take care of yourself in sets you up to be the best you and to have the best day. So this app helps free your time to do the things you love with the people you love. Most of my programs require a traditional gym. For a home gym set up, a jump rope, long and short resistance bands, a medicine ball, and a variety of dumbbells are needed. I want you to have a space, even in the smallest space, to be able to work on you.
