Choose an at home program for your home space or anywhere on the road and a gym program for use at any traditional gym. The Bakery allows you to reach whatever goals fit your current season of life.
        Do I need to purchase equipment?
        It depends on the workout! The Bakery has some programs that require no equipment, minimal equipment (like dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine ball, or a jump rope) and some that require a traditional gym or home gym set up. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to get you some whole gains.
