The world doesn't talk about this enough! Cycle syncing has changed my LIFE in the gym. I am so much more productive when I choose to be lighter on my body during my period. I am able to push harder during the other phases when I cycle sync.

Eve was the CRESCENDO. Women are the crown of creation and we should love our bodies! Men and women both are created in the image of God, but women portray God's BEAUTY! :)
Even though periods are painful, they are still a gift. Regular exercise, cycle syncing, and eating healthy has helped my PMS a ton. I have PCOS, and this definitely makes a positive impact on how I feel overall. Praying this is a blessing to you, too!
I wasn't able to control cycle syncing as much when I played sports because of games and TV schedules, but I did as best as I could with the crazy schedule I had. Now, I get to do this full time since I'm retired, and my body is THANKING ME :)
