If you have a body, you are an athlete! 4 weeks of strength and conditioning. This athletic performance program is for those wanting to level up in their sport, or those wanting to train like an athlete.
It is a mixture of how I trained at Baylor, WWE, and now how I coach athletes at D1 training.
It is a bit more advanced, and it is not sport specific. However, it is a great foundation program with progressive overload that will get you stronger.
It is a 6 day, upper/lower split, with regeneration on Wednesdays or day 3, and an optional full body lift for day 6.
Feel free to adjust the order of your days according to your practices for the week.
