How to schedule the program into a week? You have 2 rest days for the week (5 workouts for the week) so you can choose 2 rest days that work best for you!! My suggestions:
1. Take the weekend off
2. Take off Wednesday and Sunday to split up rest days
What do I need to participate in this program? For this program you will need dumbbells, loops/bands, and sliders (paper plates work or you can modify to remove the slide movement)
A mat is always optional
How to get the best outcome of the program? Show up for yourself!!
