Training Requirements

My training program is intended for those that have access to a gym with machines, cables, and dumbbell free weights! You can still perform many of these movements with alternative equipment as well, such as resistance bands.

Accomplishments

I have earned my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I also have 9 years of training experience!
