Core workouts can be done 2-3 days of the week - they do not need to be done more frequently than that! Doing MORE ab training will not give you visible abs, but will make your core stronger. Visible abs are a result of lower body fat - which will be dependent on nutrition, strength training and lifestyle habits overall to drop body fat levels.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
