This is a 12-week strength focused program utilizing ONLY dumbbells making it easy to do at home, at the gym or on the go! This program consists of three, 4-week cycles, each cycle building on the last. There are 3 workouts per week (lower, upper, full body) ranging from 40-50 minutes each

I started Makronutrients 3 years ago with a goal of helping busy people reach their strongest and happiest selves. Like many of you, I wear many hats. I've had to find my way with fitting in workouts, prepping meals and making time for social life outside of work. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
