This 4-week program includes:
1. Two intentional Zone 2 runs to improve endurance, stamina, and overall cardiovascular health.
2. HYROX-style conditioning workout to build strength, power, and athletic endurance
3. Upper-body + core strength session using dumbbells + cables to improve posture, stability, and total-body strength
4. Open Gym Access at LXS. Log-into the LXS app to sign-up for access, using door code 421. Sign-in at Kiosk.
