Hi, I’m Leslie! I have had a love for fitness ever since I was young. I was the girl waking up at 5 am to hit the gym 7 days a week! However, since I got off birth control, things have changed. I don’t want to lift heavy weights every day like I used to! I started to change the way I moved my body. Now, I change my workouts based on what phase of my monthly cycle I am in. Some days it looks like heavy lifting, other days it’s functional core & mobility. When I started exercising this way, I found it MUCH more enjoyable! All of the workouts on this app are what I do personally and have my 1:1 nutrition clients do as well :)
