In Goddess Strength Circuit you will use timed interval, strength circuits to keep your heart rate pumping, shed fat, and build lean muscle. You can use kettlebells or dumbbells and 3 of the 4 days give you the choice of an optional conditioning finisher -- either kettlebell or non-kettlebell. You choose!

I’m a 47 year old mom and grandma. When I hired Artemis to be my trainer I have to be honest I was pretty sure even she couldn’t get me back into shape. Somewhere in my 40’s, I lost the energy I needed to work out that was there in my 20’s and 30’s. I was tired all the time. I had no energy. My doctor told me I had high cholesterol. I had been following Artemis on Instagram for a long time. Around the end of July/beginning of August she had started posting about things she was experiencing as a woman in her 40’s and I was like that’s me too!!! Fitness, Nutrition & Fat Loss Coach to Midlife Women

Hi! My name is Artemis and I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. I have literally done it all from working in a commercial gym, to owning a brick & mortar, to starting my online business in 2012 with a blog, and was a strength & conditioning coach for Cirque du Soleil. I have been an athlete all my life, from classical ballet to kung fu to kettlebells and powerlifting, and even completed a kettlebell strength challenge, the Iron Maiden Challenge, as a lightweight. Early on in my career when I first discovered kettlebells, the first biggest shift I had was from my classical ballet mindset of focusing on what I looked like and always trying to be smaller, to getting hella strong with kettlebells and focusing on what I could do and taking up space. I realized that strength training and focusing on getting STRONG is the secret sauce to fat loss, changing your body composition, confidence, and ultimate badassery! Fast forward to my early 40’s, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Stage 2 Adrenal Dysfunction. I learned all about hormones and nutrition and lifestyle changes to optimize hormone balance. I carried this knowledge into my mid to late 40’s when perimenopause hit me like a ton of bricks at age 45 and blessed me with belly fat. I used all my knowledge and know how to find the solution to feel good again and get my energy and abs back. With that I created my 6M Midlife Metabolic Method - Movement, Muscle, Macros, Midlife Supplements, Measurements, and Mindset to help other midlife women struggling with the same things I struggled with when I turned 45. Now I help midlife women fall back in love with their bodies, & reclaim their health, strength, and badassery in midlife. I love doing pull-ups, lifting heavy sh*t, and swinging kettlebells.
