You can use kettlebells or dumbbells and 3 of the 4 days give you the choice of an optional conditioning finisher -- either kettlebell or non-kettlebell. You choose!

Recommended Training Frequency: I recommend an every other day frequency, for example: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (for the 4th optional day).
