*Do each workout prescribed five days a week for one month. *Get a workout partner. *Challenge yourself every workout. *Contact us with questions or concerns. *Do the warm up and mobility routine located in the solo workout section of our channel. If you do the mobility routine consistently it will change the way you move and feel 💯
How to schedule the program into a week?
*Do workout one and two followed by an off day. Then perform workout three, four and five followed by a rest day. *We highly recommend you do the mobility routine in our solo workout section daily. It’s a total game changer!
What do I need to participate in this program?
*Basic gym equipment, we tried to keep this program very basic equipment wise.
