What do I need to participate in this program? *A partner is crucial
*Agility rings. If you do not have access to rings you can use hurdles, tape or even shoes as a replacement.
*Short speed ladder
*Beach 🏖 towel
*Tennis ball
How to schedule the program into a week? *Do three movement workouts over the course of a week with and at least one core training day.
*Take at least one day between movement training workouts.
How to get the best outcome of the program? *Have a great partner or coach to work with you. This is crucial to your success in the program 🎯
*Workouts increase in difficulty by the week. Only progress forward after you have executed movements from the previous workout at a high level. Feel free to mix/match movements from past, present and future training weeks.
*Some drills may take you out of your comfort zone and challenge your movement threshold. That’s to be expected 💯 Stay positive and keep grinding. Good things happen with hard work!
*Be consistent and follow the program.
*Do the core workout at least one day a week. Moments starts from the ground up. This is imperative to your success!
