*Elite Athlete is an 8 week program perfect for the athlete looking to improve linear acceleration, top speed, change of direction, reaction and explosion! Get faster, change direction/react better and jump further.
The three phases are:
1) Foundations (Beginner 2 weeks)
2) Athlete Development (Beginner/intermediate 3 weeks)
3) Elite Gains (Intermediate/advanced 3 weeks)
*With each phase movement demands go up. Feel free to jump between phases during different parts of the program based on your needs/abilities.
*Elite Athlete is minimum 4 days a week with an optional 5th day. The program focuses on linear acceleration, top speed, change of direction and movement quality.
