This program is specifically designed to emulate the golden era of bodybuilding. Drawing inspiration primarily from names like Tom Platz, Arnold, Danny Padilla, Samir Bannout, Robby Robinson, Frank Zane, Franco Colombo and more. I have done my research for well over a decade and have followed the training principles of the golden era of bodybuilding. Although a lot of their training methods vary, I have tested out many different methods even all the way over to the style of Mike Mentzer. For me I found volume to be a very important factor to training and understanding that the body needs a stimulus to change. That stimulus should always be approached from a place of intelligence but most importantly Grit and Intensity. ENJOY!

My Passion for Bodybuilding and Training starts back to my wrestling career. I had high hopes of being a wrestler into my adult life but that dream was cut short due to a serious back injury. I found bodybuilding as a form of rehab and I haven’t looked back since. I found bodybuilding about 10 years ago and have competed over 11 times naturally in men’s physique and classic physique. I recently earned my PRO card in men’s physique and classic physique naturally and have plans to compete again in the near future. I’ve dedicated my life to personal training and truly living for the pump. It’s the highlight of my life and I’m excited to share my knowledge with all of you.
