Hello, my name is Zach Rance. I'm a certified Life Coach, Certified Nutritionist based in South Florida. I believe I was put on this earth to do more than just eat, sleep, breath and make money. I believe I was put on this earth to have a positive affect on people. So many people are dealing with stressful situations in their life, whether it’s at home, work or school and it’s having a great affect on our mental health. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
