Hey guys this is Jeremy here and here are some general information about this section! 1. You’ll see in the workouts I’ve listed Row Erg as the form of cardio, but if I haven’t said that’s the only option in the description you can choose other forms (run, ski, bike). 2. I’ve put tutorials below for all the major ergs, so if you haven’t done them before feel free to check those out. 3. These sessions shouldn’t be done all the time. I might only do one or two HIIT sessions a week or 2 or 3 LIIS sessions max, don’t smash yourself with cardio and make sure you’re prioritising your weight training still. Lastly, enjoy and feel free to ask me any questions!
