How to get the best outcome of the program? Consistency is key! :) Start with moving your body 3x a week and add as you can and are able.
How to schedule the program into a week? Mornings, lunch breaks, after school, or when needing a movement break! Choose a workout based on time frame and schedule it in.
What do I need to participate in this program? Nothing! Some workouts involve equipment but can be modified to only body weight.
