Holy cow that was intense. I modified a smidge because Iโm recovering from a shoulder injury. Instead of man makers I did burpees and I only did one set of the Arnoldโs and push ups. Iโm still dying lol (in a good way;))

Iโm sweating!!! Amazing workout Taft! I just modified the pull-ups by doing bent over rows + reverse flys instead :)
