I like the workouts that are in separate recordings. I am almost 50 so i am slower than you. When i can just leave the video on the one I’m working on i don’t feel like I’m getting behind. I then can just swipe to the next exercise. Thank you for recording and posting it this way.

It was great! Second time I have done this one! Those slow burn squats are great! And the lunges are unique, nice to do something different.
