Great. At least afterwards :D Finished in 6:46 min on a hot day of 24 degrees. Wonder if I could push even harder, but there is always another time and now a record to beat :) Thank you 💦✌️🌈

I ran at 8.1 mph which made my mile 7:24! I thought I was going to die and I almost stopped it several times, but I didn’t!! 💪🏼 and I enjoyed that flow afterwards too!
