I wrote this with the intention of 1) Working up a slow sweat 2) Minimizing being on my wrists 3) Killing my core . This is advanced but amazing. At least I think so. Lmk what you think. :D

This was a great quick abs burner! I didn’t do the full 20 burpees at the beginning of the sets. First round was 20, but each round I cut them down by 5 reps. And for the pike pulses at the end, I can’t fully do those yet, so I worked on holding a headstand for 30 seconds. Was a good practice!
