I donโt remember doing this one before! It was fun. Also funny because at the end you have us do 20 crow crunch pulses, and you say, โI havenโt done 20 without stoppingโ but for your first physical challenge, you have us do 200!! The you now is stronger. You wouldnโt have said this is advanced now! Itโs hard, but not too hard
