I don’t remember doing this one before! It was fun. Also funny because at the end you have us do 20 crow crunch pulses, and you say, “I haven’t done 20 without stopping” but for your first physical challenge, you have us do 200!! The you now is stronger. You wouldn’t have said this is advanced now! It’s hard, but not too hard
