Absss. I see you! 👀 Ok babes come burn your abs with me!! Here’s one to do on its own or tag onto the end of another workout! Lmk if it’s hard enough!

Low impact, focus is on creating a burn in the abs. Don’t stop. Really limit breaks.

Burpees

Down, push up, knee crunch in. Alternate knees.

2. Push ups with alternating knee crunch

Try not to stop. Lower back keeps contact the whole time.

3. Crow crunches

4. Leg raises

One of the hips keep contact the whole time. Don’t use momentum!!! Slow and controlled. It should feel hard and heavy each time, using the obliques.

5. Oblique tick tocks

These are freaking hard. 5 in a row is plenty. Try to be slow and controlled. Try to keep your thighs to your ribs as long as you can. Don’t use any momentum!

6. Slow compression rolls

This was a great quick abs burner! I didn’t do the full 20 burpees at the beginning of the sets. First round was 20, but each round I cut them down by 5 reps. And for the pike pulses at the end, I can’t fully do those yet, so I worked on holding a headstand for 30 seconds. Was a good practice!
