It was amazing to do this session as I kind of pulled my psoaa and hip flexer on the right while doing weights yesterday. Feels so good to stretch out .❤️❤️❤️

Lead the class more professionally. The movements can be explained without so many pauses. And there is no need for stories about personal life here :)
