How to schedule the program into a week?
I always recommend doing your meditations first thing in the morning, but evening meditations before bed are also very beneficial, and if you can do both, you’re really winning ha ha.
Try to make meditation a part of routine, perhaps in the same comfortable place around the same time each day.
Be patient with yourself and don’t get frustrated- remember meditation takes practice just like anything else!
