What do I need to participate in this program? All you’ll need is a journal, time, and some bags of ice at one point. 😜 Oh, and of course, some WILL POWER 💪🏽💪🏽
How to schedule the program into a week? The “PC’s” or Physical Challenges will be best added onto the end of a workout.
The “MC’s” can be done at any time of the day really, whatever works best for you- but try to do it the same as the PC so that your mind is already in the “I’m being challenged and I can do this” zone.
What are the goals of the program? The point of this is to challenge your mental fitness so that you come out on the other side mentally tougher, ready to do hard things, and realizing your mental attitude is what sets your limits.
