How to schedule the program into a week?
The “PC’s” or Physical Challenges will be best added onto the end of a workout. The “MC’s” can be done at any time of the day really, whatever works best for you- but try to do it the same as the PC so that your mind is already in the “I’m being challenged and I can do this” zone.
What are the goals of the program?
The point of this is to challenge your mental fitness so that you come out on the other side mentally tougher, ready to do hard things, and realizing your mental attitude is what sets your limits. The short exercises within this series are meant to be challenging, but also FUN!

That was amazing! I unfortunately started to move like 17 minutes in, and was super close to finishing. I’ll get there, but I couldn’t sit any longer. 17 minutes isn’t so bad though!
