It would be better for me if you had the workout (# of reps and each movement) in the description. I want to listen to music while I workout, but it forces me to watch the videos for the duration of all each round. I bought tfyt before and have finished it 4 times. I think just watching the routine once and then doing the other rounds on my own would be most beneficial for me (why I loved your sped up overview videos in tfyt).
