I love this style of meditation! I am a little bit newer to meditation and was following a guided meditation before stumbling here and I love the use of different songs as mantras to guide and feel different sensations in the body. Thank you 🧘🏻♀️

I did a few energy breaths for practice & I think they’re getting better & they help engage my core before my workout! Also Spotify continues playing after your playlist so I just kept sitting for another 4 minutes! 🙌🏼 yay that’s a big win for me!!

Trevor hall omg. When he whispers do not be afraid do not be afraid- the fruitful darkness is all around us. Love love love this. Especially when I was deep breathing through it. Amazing.
