Heyo! I did this in a hotel gym but you can do it anywhere with hardly anything. This is a leg burn out because we take five exercises and instead of spreading them out, we repeat the reps 3x, really BURNING out our legs. π ...Β more

This is the one that left me sore for almost a week the first time I did it. That was quite a few months ago so we will see if Iβm less sore this time around! Love that I can revisit work outs and work out programs on your app!
