This low-impact workout is a little bit like the last βBooty Builderβ, but without the big gym equipment.
All I use in this is a mat, band, and ankle weights.
Using mostly your body weight, this will give u lots of exercise...Β more

Love this one! The longer videos that you have to repeat twice are my favorite. I like being able to follow along. When you said βholy shatβ π so funny.
