About Yoga with Suzie ♥️

About My Journey

My name is Suzie and I first began yoga because of daily back pain from minor scoliosis. I quickly fell in love with the practice, and what started as a way to feel better physically soon transformed into so much more and gave me a deeper connection to myself. I became certified in 2016 and have gone through many phases throughout my yoga journey. For me, yoga is about movement, flow, and something that is always there to come back to. I believe movement is medicine, and inspiring you to move your body on a daily basis is my main goal! Yoga changed my life, and I have a passion for showing others what this practice can do for you. Many of my classes are catered toward beginners or all levels. Come flow with me! 💓

What type of workouts are you sharing?
- Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga - Yoga workouts I incorporate into my practice - Tips and tutorials on various poses
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Most classes will simply entail just you and your yoga mat! Some classes I suggest using other props such as yoga blocks or yoga straps, but it is all up to you. For some of the workouts, I include ankle weights, booty bands, and a set of dumbbells.
