Beginner friendly flows for those of you completely new to yoga or physical movement. I go over common beginner poses, ways to use a few common props, and a handful of classes to ease you into the practice.
I recommend getting nice and comfortable with these classes first to give yourself a solid foundation and familiarity with yoga before trying out other programs I have to offer. If you feel like you're ready for more, feel free to move onto my other classes! You know your body best.
