Beginner friendly flows for those of you completely new to yoga or physical movement. I go over common beginner poses, ways to use a few common props, and a handful of classes to ease you into the practice. I recommend getting nice and comfortable with these classes first to give yourself a solid foundation and familiarity with yoga before trying out other programs I have to offer. If you feel like you're ready for more, feel free to move onto my other classes! You know your body best. Have fun with it and happy practicing💓
