I go over common beginner poses, ways to use a few common props, and a handful of classes to ease you into the practice. I recommend getting nice and comfortable with these classes first to give yourself a solid foundation and familiarity with yoga before trying out other programs I have to offer. Welcome to Movement Ritual

A simple approach to creating a daily movement ritual, built on the belief that movement is medicine. Let me guess… you want to move more. You know your body feels better when you stretch, flow, and stay active. But between work, responsibilities, and everything else life throws at you, finding an hour every day for a workout just isn’t realistic. When fitness starts to feel like something that takes too much time or energy, it becomes easy to fall out of the habit completely. That’s exactly why I created Movement Ritual. Here we focus on simple, intentional movement that you can return to every day. Some days you might have 10 minutes. Other days you might want a full flow. Both count.
