- Lay down on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand resting on top of your thighs
- The palms of your hands will be facing each other
- Then, using your thighs to help raise the dumbbells up, lift the dumbbells one at a time so that you can hold above you at shoulder width
- Once at shoulder width, rotate your wrists forward so that the palms of your hands are facing forward
- Lower the dumbbells just to the sides of your chest, with your upper arm and forearm creating a 90 degree angle
- Then, as you breathe out, use your chest to push the dumbbells up
- Lock your arms at the top of the lift and squeeze your chest, hold for a second and then begin lowering the dumbbells down again

Incline DB Press

- Grasp the parallel bars, raising yourself up with the arms extended
- Pull your shoulders down and back (The more you lean back the more you work the triceps, the more you bend forward the more you work the pectorals)
- Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body into the dip until your upper arms are about parallel to the ground
- Straighten your arms to drive your body up to the starting position

Dips

- Adjust the seat height so the handles are at chest height
- Sit up tall and relax your neck and shoulders
- Position both feet on the floor, grasping the handles with your palms facing forward
- Maintaining a slight, soft bend in the elbows with your wrists relaxed, bring the handles together in front of your chest with a slow controlled movement
- Pause at peak contraction, when your arms are fully "closed" in front of your chest
- Open your chest, bringing the handles slowly back to the starting position

Chest Fly Machine

- Start by setting the seat position so the handles are even your pecs
- Sit upright with your back pressed against the pad and grasp the handles with an overhand grip
- Keeping your head and chest up, press the handles forward by extending through the elbows
- Pause at peak contraction, before slowly lowering the weight back down to starting position

Seated Chest Press Machine

- Set the pulleys to the appropriate height and weight (The pulleys should be at or above your head)
- Grab each handle attachment with a neutral grip (palms facing in), stepping forward of the machine to raise the weight off the stack and stagger your feet for better stability
- Extend your arms by your side with a slight bend in your elbows (You will keep this bend constant throughout the entire movement)
- Exhale as you bring the handles down and in, making a semi-circle motion directly in front of you by pulling the cables together until both hands meet (Squeeze your lower chest as you perform this motion)
- Pause at peak contraction of your chest before inhaling as you slowly reverse the movement and return the handles to the starting position

Cable High To Low Chest Fly

Ab Circuit

- Start kneeling with wheel in front of you, directly under shoulders
- Engage your core and roll the wheel forward, stretching your body into a straight position
- After a pause at the stretched position, roll the wheel back in towards your knees returning to the starting position
