Had to try the latest workou because it had to see if I could do it at home! Had to use a hard 10lb. med ball to do the burpees and no wall to slam but I did a strong straight arm rotation with a pivot of the foot, felt good! And how about those 20 med MB toe touces into a crunch.....took me awhile but love this movement! #OTW #COUNTDOWNTOTHE30DAYSUMMERTRANSFORMATION💪
