Partner 1: Completes a slider lateral lunge

Partner 2: Completes a slider reverse lunge

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Complete one lateral and one reverse as a rep and repeat alternating

Slider Lateral Lunge + Reverse Lunge

Slider Single Leg Burpee

Partner 1: Completes slider mountain climbers 

Partner 2: Completes slider Pikes

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Alternate the reps

Slider Mountain Climbers + Pikes

Partner 1: In a plank position with one slider under the hand completes forward reaches

Partner 2: In a plank position with one slider under the hand completes lateral reaches

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Alternate Forward and Lateral reps
2. No Slider Modification: Use a towel on a smooth floor surface

Complete 10/arm!

Slider Plank Reaches + Lateral Reaches

Partner 1: In a plank position completes a jack moving both feet away from the midline and back in

Partner 2: In a plank position completes a jack moving one foot away from the midline and back, alternating

Modifications:
1. No Partner Modification: Complete all reps of one then do the other 
2. No Sliders Modification: Use a towel on a smooth floor surface!
