Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! Our workouts typically will always include dumbbells. Resistance bands and ankle weights are recommended.
Do the recipes follow a specific diet? Recipes can easily be made gluten and dairy free with details in description on how!
How long are the workouts? This will vary depending on program/workout you select. Most workouts are around 30 minutes. We are passionate about our workouts being realistic, meaning you won't be working out everyday for hours at a time. We want you to be able to build consistency and see results! AND be able to do so from home.
Are there calories or macros listed? No. Recipes are created following our signature build your bowl method. We include veggies, carbs, fats and protein in recipes with suggested portion sizes for an individual meal. We've used this technique when coaching women instead of the stress that can come with counting calories and macros, and every client has loved the ease.
