This challenge is your reminder to pause, reconnect, and thank your body for all it's carried you through this year. It's not about perfection or pressure. It's about GRATITUDE, GENTLE STRENGTHENING, and GRACE. This is a soft reset--a heart-centered, movement-based reflection to come back to home to your body and reconnect to your foundation.

What To Expect Once You've Signed Up

Once you have purchased the challenge you will then have access to the apps contents. Work out 1 will be available instantly but the other days will open individually as the day comes. This will help keep the focus of the movements for that day and allowing the body and mind to be present and thankful for the affirmations and gratitude prompts. Within 12 hours you will also receive an email from Women In Motion with a PDF download for the daily tracker, affirmation cards, daily gratitude prompts, and Bonus education. This email and PDF will also provide the break down for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize winner for the challenge. The email will also have the link to the separate Facebook Community group.

    Hey there my names Sam! I am so happy you’re here! I can’t wait to connect and help you on your journey! I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, specifically in the rehab exercise and orthopedics realm. Over the last 3 years I have specialized in women’s health and have loved the shift to helping women reconnect to their bodies and understand the foundations of movement. I am here to help women keep moving through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. If you’re not sure what to do to: *Exercise safely through pregnancy and postpartum, *Prevent or overcome come pelvic floor dysfunctions, *Heal diastasis recti, *Stop peeing your pants with exercise or not making it to the bathroom *Prevent and heal from aches and pains Then these are the programs you were looking for! The key to success is learning how to build the foundation of breathing, and pelvic floor and deep core connection and applying these to exercise and daily movement.     No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this platform can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all fitness levels, with expert guidance every step of the way. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Make sure to check out each program to see what is required to complete it. No matter what you have access to, there’s something for everyone to help you get in shape!
    Is this safe for pregnant and early postpartum women?
    Yes. This challenge forcus' on basic breathing and core activation. And low intensity exercises and stretches. **Of course this challenge is not medical advise and you should check with your doctor before performing physical activity.
    Will this challenge help me with my pelvic floor problems?
    By learning to reconnect to your body and rebuild your foundation pelvic floor problems (leaking with coughing/jumping, decreased sexual function, Pain in hips/back, prolapse) can improve over time with continued practice and understanding. **Of course this is not medical advice. Please consult your doctor and a physical therapist if symptoms continue or get worse.
    How does the point system work to participate?
    1 point commenting and engaging in facebook challenge group posts 2 points for posting a reel/story/post about the exercises you are performing on instagram and tagging @womeninmotion__ 2 points for posting a separate reel/story/post about either how you feel about the daily affirmations / gratitude prompts or something you are personally thankful for on that day.
