I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, specifically in the rehab exercise and orthopedics realm. Over the last 3 years I have specialized in women’s health and have loved the shift to helping women reconnect to their bodies and understand the foundations of movement. I am here to help women keep moving through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
