    About Wolfpakk Fitness

    Online personal trainer

    Hey! We are Robbie and Shyla- both certified Personal Trainers and lovers of fitness. We both come from a world of competitive sports which led us in to our fitness journey's. Robbie’s two passions in life are fitness and golf. In 2018, he decided to turn these passions into a career. Along with graduating from Bryan College’s Health and Fitness program with honors, Robbie is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Robbie is also Level 2 Fitness certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) allowing him to hold the title, Golf Fitness Professional. He continues to educate himself with a variety of fitness and nutrition courses and certifications. Robbie’s passion for fitness really took off while competing in the sport of bodybuilding which included winning 1st place for his weight class for Ontario in 2015. Robbie enjoys being able to help clients work towards their individual fitness goals. Providing clients with proper form and techniques for all exercises will assist in building a stronger and more confident you. Shyla’s two passions are fitness and teaching. Shyla is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also has a Bachelor of Biology, Psychology and Education specializing in Health Sciences. Shyla has a love for teaching health and fitness in secondary education. Outside of school hours, Shyla has been a personal trainer and coach for group fitness classes since 2021. She strives to empower women to feel strong and confident in the gym, encouraging them to leave their comfort zone and try new things. Robbie and Shyla are actively competing together in Hyrox Fitness Races around the world, and both specialize in hybrid training. With our diverse expertise, and shared competitive drive we create and cultivate programs for all levels of fitness. Whether you’re looking to improve your golf game or overall fitness we can help you accomplish your goals.
